This pioneering platform is created by <strong>Ubuntoo<\/strong> to enhance food safety knowledge and practices by fostering seamless knowledge exchange and collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>Designed to facilitate seamless knowledge exchange, the Food Safety Knowledge Platform offers a wealth of practical and relevant information tailored specifically for African contexts. The platform will include up-to-date content and a community management system, consisting of the following key features:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Extensive Content Library:<\/strong> Featuring a curated selection of the latest information on food safety, organised with dedicated taxonomy and filters for easy navigation. The library is regularly updated to ensure users have access to the most current and relevant content.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamic Search Engine:<\/strong> Utilising advanced search technology, the platform\u2019s content database is easily searchable, allowing users to quickly locate specific resources and information. The FS4A Knowledge platform offers access to Ubuntoo AI, a Q&amp;A interface that harnesses the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) in conjunction with meticulously curated and credible database solutions and knowledge. Members can use this simple interface to interact with the content within the platform, asking questions and getting a summarized, AI-generated response within seconds.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collaboration Tools:<\/strong> The platform includes a forum section and content collaboration tools, enabling users to engage in meaningful discussions, share insights, and work together on food safety initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>The pilot edition marks a significant milestone in the journey towards improved food safety standards across Africa. The consortium includes: International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) which serves as the project\u2019s coordinator, Stichting Wageningen Research, ITC \u2013 Innovation Technology Cluster, Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), reframe.food, Ubuntoo B.V., Food Systems Transformation Solutions (PTY), University of Pretoria (UP), Wageningen University, Knowledge Economy Foundation For Society Development, African Union Development Agency-NEPAD (AUDA-NEPAD), Egerton University, AGLOBE Development Center, Universitaet Der Bundeswehr Muenchen (UniBw M), Bayer, and The Royal Institution for the Advancement of Learning &#8211; McGill University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inafadhiliwa na Umoja wa Ulaya.
